Late entry.......

Life has a way of letting you know that you are not always in control.  Life happens.  I have another quote again that I believe sums up the past weeks since my last entry.

"It is my privilege to profit by the experience of others, but I must live my life face the trails and again the victory alone. "

Another day almost done..... and here I am writing contributing my two cents to the unknown faceless masses!
It is hard to write about just anything .  I wish I could win 365 million dollars, I wish my hair would grow, I wish I was 5 inches taller, I wish I was financially stable, I wish I was mentally stable, I wish I could stop wishing!  With that being said I'll leave you with yet another gems of wisdom from my notebook.....

"Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are in harmony."

Well, it is Monday again. (whoopee!) 

I had a great birthday weekend. I have a busy week ahead of 

me. But I can handle it....its late and I wanted to put in an entry 

before I forgot. Here is another nameless tidbit of wisdom I have

stashed in  my notebook.... 

"Our best preparation for tomorrow is the proper use of today."

It's Been A Minute........

I have been through quite a bit since my last entry.  I found out that the pain in my jaw is an impacted tooth!!!! I don't wish that pain on anyone! I celebrated my 35th  birthday on Saturday with my spouse and it was a great and informative experience for me.  Still thinking of what to write about for my narrative essay. I better get on it ASAP, so I'll leave you with this tidbit of wisdom I have jotted down in my notebook.

"I am only one but I am one, I cannot do everything but I an do something; I will not refuse to do the something that I can do."

I don't have the foggiest clue as to who wrote this saying but just like before I found it to be applicable to my life so I decided to share it with those of you who will read this post.-Peace

Update for Class Assignment!

Blogging is something very new and exiting for me to do with my time. I am extremely private person and had reservations about posting my personal thoughts  to such a public forum!  I'll start off with a quote I read some time ago...

"The error of youth is to believe that intelligence is a substitute for experience,while the error of age is to believe that experience is a substitute for intelligence."

I don't know who wrote this quote, it might be Confucius! I like it just the same.  I have many more where that came from and they all have special meaning to me on a deeper level.
